What will you do?
As a Customer Service employee, you play a key role in our sales process. Together with your account manager, you are responsible for generating revenue and offering the best solutions to a fixed group of B2B clients. With your expertise in promotional products and printing techniques, you ensure that every order is a success.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships via phone, email, and our CRM system
- Processing and following up on quotations and orders to ensure smooth handling
- Identifying commercial opportunities and proactively thinking along with the client
- Collaborating with internal teams across different countries, including sales, customer care, the print facility, and the purchasing office
- Continuously learning and developing through training on market trends and product innovations

- Salary: €2440 – €3470 gross per month, depending on experience

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented team player with commercial insight. You have:
- Education: MBO+ level (preferably with a commercial background)
- Software skills: Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office, or willingness to learn
- Skills: Strong communication skills and accuracy in administrative and commercial processes
- Languages: Native or upper intermediate English
