Brasserie Revue is the in-house brasserie of Boutique Hotel Le Theatre (20 rooms), located directly on the iconic Vrijthof square. With a beautiful terrace and vibrant atmosphere, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily to locals and hotel guests alike.
We are currently looking for a full-time independent (self-reliant) chef to join our team as soon as possible. We're looking for someone driven, experienced, and above all—passionate about cooking.
Your Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Dutch-French cuisine
- Reside in or near Maastricht
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Creative, service-minded, stress-resistant, flexible, and enthusiastic
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and ability to apply them

- You have a hands-on mentality
- You’re a team player but also capable of working independently
- You are flexible and adaptable
- You thrive under pressure
- You enjoy a good challenge!
