Are you the Senior Creative Designer we are looking for?
🌟 What You’ll Do
As our Senior Creative Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind our visual identity. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, sales and product marketing to craft compelling assets that resonate with our target audiences and help build a strong and differentiated brand positioning in our key markets. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports - perfect for a seasoned designer who wants to make a big impact from day one.
📈 Your key responsibilities
- Own and evolve Assessio’s visual brand identity across all touchpoints
- Own the full creative process from insight and concepting to hands-on production
- Design high-impact full-funnel brand and campaign assets including paid and organic social ads, one-pagers, thought leadership pieces, leaflets, email templates, landing pages, event collateral etc.
- Create motion graphics, explainer videos etc. for web, social, and paid media
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for marketing and brand use
- Conduct visual audits to identify opportunities for refinement and alignment
- Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed
- Advocate for design excellence and brand consistency across the organization
- Experiment with and apply AI tools to enhance quality and production efficiency
💡Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in creative design roles, preferably in a tech / B2B SaaS environment (agency experience a plus)
- Ability to create and evolve brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across digital platforms
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (e.g., After Effects)
- Experience with web design, email marketing, and product UI/UX collaboration a plus
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and an eye for the details
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
