We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Talent Acquisition Team in Amsterdam. Working in the People Team team you take a leading role in ensuring we find the best talent for our Benelux offices.
Using various channels and including strategic sourcing, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates who fit seamlessly with our vacancies and HelloFresh culture. In this position you will get the opportunity to recruit for primarily Benelux positions, as well as some International Operations roles. You will be partnering with hiring teams to drive an incredible candidate experience as your top priority. You’ll drive and manage the hiring process, screen CVs, conduct interviews and ensure our ATS is up to date.
In addition to recruitment, you will also get the opportunity to work on other People & Culture related projects within the domains of Employer Branding, DE&I and Employee Retention.
🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for your roles from posting vacancy texts to making offers
- Conducting strategic sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms to find the best candidates for our team
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and efficiently deliver on their hiring needs
- Tracking and delivering on our team TA metrics
- Sharing your ideas to improve the TA space
- Helping to create a diverse workforce that celebrates all types of people and cultures to contribute to HelloFresh being a great place to work
- Contributing to Employer Branding, DE&I and Employee Retention initiatives. Such as creating Talent Marketing content for LinkedIn and Instagram, supporting DE&I improvements and more.
🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role with high volumes of contact with external stakeholders
- Passion and enthusiasm for the People space, and importantly to drive an incredible employee experience at HelloFresh
- Strong skills in managing stakeholders, your communication skills are on point too
- Fresh ideas and ways to solve challenges. You’re proactive, ambitious, and aren’t afraid to speak up when you have fresh ideas.
- An analytical mindset and you know how to use data as the basis of your decisions
- Previous experience with using an ATS is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus
Please note: this is a hybrid role that requires coming to the office in Amsterdam 50% of the time.
