How you will contribute
As a key member of our engineering team, you will:
- Support Engineering and Continuous Improvement initiatives and lead smaller initiatives at the site level, conducting work studies and developing standards to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Operations, EHS, Quality, Site Management and Training department—to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain headcount analysis tools to assess the impact of business changes and support strategic decisions.
- Analyze and design logistical processes, including inbound/outbound flows, warehouse layouts, and semi-production processes.
- Propose and implement solutions in mechanization, automation, and WMS.
- Prepare engineering studies and cost calculations to reflect evolving operational processes.
- Provide recommendations for capital and operational equipment investments.
- Share expertise and support the professional development of engineering and operational teams.
- Creatively design and update warehouse layouts and physical workspaces.
- Draft process descriptions and functional specifications as needed.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Technical Logistics.
- minimum of 1 year experience (also through internships) in process/solution design within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments,
- Strong alignment and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems.
- Project management knowledge of MTM or MOST.
