Job Description
As a Shipping Coordinator for UPakWeShip, you will be shipping household goods for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of shipment information, tracking and tracing of loads, and problem resolution. The office thrives in a fast-paced environment, and use of strong communication skills to communicate with our vendors and customers. Requirements/ Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette in English and basic Dutch
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and strong internet skills
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5.00 PM
Salary: From €37,000 starting wage (before tax deduction), increasing for right candidate after trial period.
