The TeamThe Digital Wholesale Selling, Go-To-Market & Operations team is dedicated to creating a globally aligned, digitally empowered, and customer-centric wholesale ecosystem across HQ, hubs and regional markets (NA, EMEA and APAC). Our mission is to seamlessly integrate strategy, transformation, innovation, and operational excellence by managing digital tools, optimizing wholesale partner and associate experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform wholesale excellence.The PositionAs a Senior Digital Implementation Specialist, you will own the execution of regional and global digital selling tool rollouts. You will coordinate showroom readiness, drive vendor and site setup, and contribute to lifecycle support for tools across Prana, Self-Service, and Digital Showroom. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence through seamless tool adoption, process consistency, and field team support.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate implementation of new and existing digital selling tools in key PVH locations globally.• Partner with local markets to prepare sites (physical and digital), training, and data readiness.• Manage vendor and partner relationships to deliver installations and technical requirements on time.• Support global enablement planning in alignment with the tool lifecycle roadmap.• Troubleshoot tool performance and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with IT and product teams.• Document rollout steps, ensure site readiness audits, and manage post-implementation tracking.• Manage hardware fleet lifecycle (showroom screens, devices, setups) in a structured and efficient way.• Drive improvement and consistency in implementation documentation and playbooks.Experience & Skills• 5+ years of experience in project or implementation management, preferably in digital selling or retail systems.• Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional or international tool rollouts.• Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Lean).• Excellent planning, execution, and follow-through across technical and business stakeholders.• Effective communicator with strong documentation and training capabilities.• Proficient with Asana, Trello, Jira or similar tools.• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions oriented.KPIs & Success Measures• % of implementations executed on time and budget• # of incidents resolved within SLA post-implementation• Hardware lifecycle cost per site (year-over-year improvement)• Partner/market satisfaction score per go-live (qualitative or NPS)• Quality and completeness of go-live documentation/checklists• Contribution to efficiency improvements in future rolloutsYour Wellbeing is Our Priority
