Are you a law student nearing graduation and eager to gain hands-on experience at an international law firm? We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Student Worker to join our Regulatory, Compliance & Investigations (RCI) practice in Amsterdam. This is the perfect opportunity to explore whether this practice area is the right fit for you to kick-start your legal career!
About the RCI practice
Our RCI team in Amsterdam is part of our global practice that supports clients in navigating complex regulatory challenges. We advise on national and international matters involving anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust, sanctions, white-collar crime, human rights compliance, investigations, and enforcement. The work often involves highly sensitive matters for multinational corporations and financial institutions.
The team's work basically spans three key areas:

What will you be doing?
You will:
- Work closely supporting the Associates and Partner of the team
- Learn how to address legal questions from a practical perspective
- Support corporate internal investigations, including document review and analysis
- Draft opinions, legal memos, client alerts, and client-facing presentations and pitches
- Attend interviews with investigations subjects, conducting risk assessments and legal surveys
Who are we looking for?
You are:
- A third-year Bachelor or Master student in law with strong academic performance
- Interested in (financial) criminal law and regulatory matters
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Enthusiastic, pro-active, and eager to learn
- Skilled in legal research and analysis
- A team player who takes initiative and works independently
