As an SEO analyst you will:
- Work to advance the SEO performance on all EMEA Foot Locker Inc domains.
- Partner with the Media & Lifecycle team, SEO team, Ecommerce team, Development, Copywriters and other teams to drive incremental sales and traffic SEO standards and best practices.
- Join an international team with a global SEO program and grow your knowledge with experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work on the execution of strategic plans and roadmaps relating to topics such as campaign support, site architecture, keyword analysis, and content strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage deliverables, provide reporting/analytics, improve workflows, perform audits, and pursue other opportunities that benefit the channel.
- Perform research on striking distance landing pages/keywords, as well as regular analysis of high performing pages/keywords that drive sales and traffic
- Manage requests from internal teams and provide timely updates.
- Work with internal partners to understand marketing goals and align SEO initiatives to meet those goals.
- Analyse and effectively communicate performance of SEO initiatives to internal stakeholders through verbal/written communication and ongoing reporting deliverables.
- Work with internal/external copywriting resources to develop/manage processes for executing and scaling copy and content initiatives.
- Collaborate on related projects to make sure that SEO best practices for content are met.
- Partner with stores managers and customer experience managers to improve store visibility on search engines.
- Stay up to date with overall SEO industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are being met and actively seek out and pursue emerging opportunities.
- Analyse/identify SEO opportunities on both SERPs and LLM platforms.
- Work on developing/utilising AI solutions to accelerate overall workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of SEO experience.
- Passion for SEO and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated understanding of content strategy, on page optimization and SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager.
- Creative thinker who can identify and resolve problems.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate and relate SEO concepts to non-SEO audiences of different levels clearly and effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently discover opportunities and create cross-departmental relationships.
- Analytical with comfort using web analytics and keyword research tools such as Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with OnCrawl, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google My Business, and other relevant enterprise SEO tools.
- Working understanding of AI & LLMs are a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Fluency in additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
