Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead tax policy insights and regulatory monitoring for Huawei Cloud business entities across assigned European jurisdictions, focusing on EU tax frameworks and Dutch corporate tax requirements.
• Manage communication and negotiations with tax authorities (e.g., Dutch Tax Administration) specifically for cloud-related tax matters, including audits, disputes, and compliance.
• Oversee tax filings, disclosures, and reporting processes for cloud business operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Advise internal teams on tax implications of cloud service deployments and strategic initiatives in Europe.
Requirements:
• University degree in Tax, Finance, or related field;
• In-depth knowledge of EU tax regulations and familiarity with Dutch corporate tax/VAT compliance;
• Proven experience in tax reporting, authority liaison, and cross-border tax management;
• Proficient in English (working language); Dutch language skills are a plus;
• Experience in coordinating and communicating with external tax advisors;
• Must be eligible to work and live in the Netherlands.
