As Manager MarTech & Data, you lead the B2C Marketing Technology & Data team within the Commercial Strategy, Media & Analytics domain. You ensure strategic alignment, governance, and continuous improvement of three essential pillars: 1:1 marketing (inbound & outbound), digital platforms, and data & AI. Your mission: maximize business value by ensuring a future-proof and insight-driven MarTech ecosystem and elevating 1:1 marketing to market-leading levels through MarTech, data, insights, and AI.

Tasks
- Team leadership and capability building
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across MarTech, Digital, and Data.
- Stimulate learning, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
- Strategic alignment & governance
- Align the 1:1 marketing strategy with key B2C stakeholders.
- Ensure strong portfolio governance and prioritization based on value creation.
- Develop and align the B2C data and AI plan supporting business priorities.
- Capability roadmap & project portfolio
- Define and maintain the MarTech, Data & AI long-term roadmap.
- Translate strategy into a prioritized project and innovation portfolio.
- Manage planning processes (e.g., 6Q and annual planning) for B2C capabilities.
- Performance management & value realization
- Monitor and enhance business impact from 1:1 marketing, digital platforms, and AI.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset (test & learn).
- Facilitate trade-offs across brands and domains aligned with strategic goals.
- AI strategy & adoption
- Support the development and realization of the B2C AI strategy.
- Promote AI adoption across B2C.
- Implement strategic use cases like segmentation, personalization, CLV, churn, and NPS modelling.
- Ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality data and AI functionalities.
About you:
- 10+ years of experience in MarTech, digital marketing, commercial strategy, or analytics.
- Strong knowledge of AI and its practical commercial or customer-related applications.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams in data-driven environments.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and aligning tech, data, and business priorities.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, or Google Marketing Cloud.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in segmentation, CLV, NPS analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
- Can-do mentality—you own challenges and bring solutions, not problems.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
