As a Team Lead, you will oversee the operational performance in a Hyperscale data center, ensuring they run efficiently and reliably. Success in this role is measured by achieving objectives, maintaining client satisfaction, supporting your team, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
As Team Lead, you are part of the CBRE GWS Data Center Team, supporting an account in the Eemshaven region.
Your Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the work of technicians, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing systems, in a coaching and supportive manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines and report any unsafe conditions to the HSE support organization.
- Prepare and plan maintenance tasks, ensuring your team is well-informed and equipped, while assisting hands-on when necessary.
- Collaborate with the planner to create and monitor weekly schedules, ensuring high-quality execution of work on mechanical systems.
- Utilize your technical expertise to provide advice on the setup, improvement, and maintenance of mechanical installations.
- Manage tasks and workflows through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Ideally, You Bring the Following:
- A technical MBO4 diploma, preferably in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Additional certifications in HVAC, cooling systems, or control technology are a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a data center or critical systems environment.
- Hands-on experience with mechanica/electricall systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
- A proactive and energetic approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
