Purpose of the job
Develop and implement state-of-the-art logistics transport, warehouse and forwarding solutions in Europe and CIS with a focus on billing solutions for new or existing operations. Operate in a team of advanced logistics experts that design and implement logistics solutions for Samsung and other customers. Furthermore you'll:
- Support innovation in the operation of both Europe and CIS with a state of the art billing solution
- Analyse needs, design new billing processes and convert them into clear requirements, for further development
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the system, including configurations and integrations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within the TMS system
- Ensure projects meet internal and external (client) expectations in respect to quality, budget, and deadlines
- Work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
- Focus on helping internal and external stakeholders understand and leverage the capabilities of the TMS billing module, often including analytics and other data-driven aspects
- Take responsibility for project management including team meetings, stakeholder management, and management reporting
Profile
The role fits a candidate with experience in logitics engineering, cost control and project management. We require you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics (engineering, cost control or project management)
- A bachelor or master degree in business management/SCM/Finance
- Understanding of business english in both written and spoken form
- Ability to travel within EU/CIS region
