Functieoverzicht
Als Visual Merchandiser speel je een belangrijke rol in het bevorderen van een diverse en inclusieve omgeving terwijl je het merkimago en de bedrijfswaarden van INDITEX vertegenwoordigt. Je creatieve en analytische vaardigheden helpen je om verkoopgegevens en modetrends te interpreteren in aantrekkelijke displays in de winkel die klanten aantrekken en de verkoop stimuleren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de visuele normen van de winkel worden nageleefd en dat de beste artikelen onder de aandacht worden gebracht van onze klanten. In nauwe samenwerking met de Floormanagers en Commercial Managers zorg je ervoor dat we de beste artikelen in de winkel hebben. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Assistent Winkelmanager, Winkelmanager en de Commercial Manager.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Ervoor zorgen dat het product wordt verkocht in overeenstemming met de richtlijnen van het bedrijf.
- Nieuwe lijnen effectief promoten.
- Creatieve en visuele ideeën identificeren, en acties ondernemen voor de winkel.
- Beheren van het winkelmeubilair, de tafels, de muren, de etalagepoppen en de binneninrichting om de hoge normen van het merkimago te handhaven.
- Opstellen van actieplannen voor de commerciële en visuele activiteit van de winkel op basis van analyse van verkooprapporten en voorraadinventaris.
- Analyseren van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse commerciële rapporten en money mapping om beslissingen te nemen over producttoewijzing.
- De lay-out en beschikbaarheid van het product bewaken (inclusief schoenen, accessoires en parfums).
- Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste modetrends, stijlen en activiteiten van concurrenten.
- Een D&I-cultuur bevorderen en verankeren en zorgen voor een inclusieve, respectvolle werkplek voor iedereen.
- Het beleid voor gezondheid en veiligheid van het bedrijf naleven.
- Ambassadeur zijn van de duurzaamheidsbelofte van het bedrijf.
Wat jij te bieden hebt
- Voorafgaande ervaring in Visual Merchandising of een aan mode gerelateerd diploma.
- Inzicht in markttrends, commerciële dynamiek en concurrentielandschap.
- Bedrevenheid in tools voor visual merchandising en bekendheid met software voor winkelinrichting.
- Time management en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Numerieke en analytische vaardigheden
- In staat om basisgereedschap te gebruiken voor het monteren van displays (bijv. verlichting, armaturen).
- Visuele flair en creatief denken vereist.
- Je identificeert pijnpunten en reageert daarop met initiatieven en probleemoplossing.
- Initiatief om problemen proactief te identificeren en aan te pakken.
- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Engels en/of Nederlands.

Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. Your creative and analytical skills will help you interpret sales data and fashion trends into attractive in-store displays that engage customers and drive sales. You’ll ensure that the store’s visual standards are upheld and that the best merchandise is highlighted for our customers. Collaborating closely with the Department Managers and Commercial Managers, you'll ensure that we have the best merchandise available in the Store. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and the Commercial Manager.
Main Responsibilities
· Ensure that the product is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines.
· Promote new lines effectively.
· Identify creative and visual ideas and take actions for the store.
· Manage the in-store furniture, tables, walls, in store mannequins and interior fixtures, in order to maintain high standards of the brand image.
· Build action plans of the commercial and visual activity of the store based on analysis of sales reports and stock inventory.
· Analyze daily, weekly and monthly commercial reports and money mapping to make decisions on product allocation.
· Monitor the layout and the availability of the product (including shoes, accessories, and perfumes)
· Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends, styles and competitors activity.
· Foster and embed D&I culture and ensure an inclusive, respectful workplace for all.
· Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
· Being ambassador of the company’s sustainability commitment.
What you bring
- Prior Visual Merchandising experience or a fashion related degree.
- Understanding of market trends, commercial dynamics, and competitor landscape.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and familiarity with store layout management software.
- Time management and strong organizational skills
· Numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to use basic tools for display assembly (e.g., lighting, fixtures).
· Visual flair and creative thinking required.
- Identifies problems, reacts accordingly with initiative and problem solving
· Initiative in identifying and addressing issues proactively.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
