Monster Group (Netherlands) B.V. is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer delivering quality, value-for-money products across Europe. From our modern distribution centre in Venlo, we pick, pack, and ship directly to our customers with care and efficiency. We’re a close-knit team of around 14 people – small in size but big in ambition. We’re now looking for a driven Warehouse Supervisor to help us take operations to the next level.

Your Role:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound, outbound, order picking, and stock control.
- Serve as the right hand of our Head of Operations.
- Lead daily team leader meetings to review planning, evaluate performance, and identify staffing needs or adjustments to KPIs.
- Monitor, manage, and improve warehouse processes throughout the day.
- Work both on the warehouse floor and in the office on reports, planning, and process improvements.
- Manage staff scheduling in close cooperation with the Workforce department.
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to achieve collective goals.
Skills We Love:
- Vocational (MBO) level education or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor, or 3+ years as a Team Leader in a warehouse environment.
- Hands-on mindset – you enjoy working closely with your team.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinker who can optimise operations based on insights.
- A people-person who connects well with others and leads through collaboration.
- Experience or training in Lean principles is a strong plus.
- Based within 20 km of Venlo – because we believe in having a healthy work-life balance!
