Job Opening: Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time – 40 Hours per Week)
Location: Aventa N.V., Curaçao
Aventa N.V. is a leading distributor of pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter (OTC) products, and medical supplies. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort incoming shipments; store them in designated warehouse locations
- Pick up deliveries from the airport or cargo companies
- Pick and prepare orders using a location-based warehouse system
- Check items before placing them into bins
- Deliver orders to pharmacies and supermarkets
- Perform daily inventory counts
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance (taking company vehicles to the garage when necessary)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of an AGO diploma
- Strong verbal communication skills in Papiamentu, Dutch, and English; Spanish is a plus
- Valid Category B driver’s license and ability to drive a manual vehicle; Category C license is a plus
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
