The Role:
Dieseko operates through a strong global network, driving both direct and indirect sales. Our rental fleet — strategically located around the world — significantly contributes to our business results. After-sales support is a key pillar of our offering, ensuring customers receive premium service, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts.
As representatives of our complete portfolio — Dieseko, Woltman, PVE, and ICE — we actively support our dealers in their local markets. In regions without dealership coverage, we take direct sales initiatives. Strategic decisions are backed by detailed market analyses and assessments of our regional market share, helping us determine where local presence is required. Thanks to deep product knowledge and a strong grasp of market trends, we are trusted partners at the international level.
We are currently seeking an experienced, independent, and results-oriented International Sales Manager to manage our commercial activities in the Benelux region.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively visiting potential and existing customers, dealers, geo-consultants, and suppliers
- Attending and representing Dieseko at national and international trade shows and industry events
- Delivering sales presentations to clients and partners in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitoring and analyzing market developments, trends, and competitor activity in your region
- Identifying and anticipating changes or opportunities in the market
- Evaluating Dieseko’s market share and business performance in the Benelux region
- Preparing and submitting proposals aligned with current sales terms and delivery conditions
Your profile:
- A degree in a technical or commercial field (MBO/HBO level)
- Several years of commercial experience in a similar environment, ideally within foundation or heavy capital equipment industries
- Proven track record in managing and growing commercial activities in the Benelux market
- Motivated by ambitious growth targets and commercial success
- Strong analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
