Artwork Project (Temporary)
Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)
Contract: Temporary, until December 2025 (no extension)
Hours: 16 hours/week (2 days/week, not more)
Overview
For a leading FMCG organization, we’re looking for a junior-level Assistant Brand Manager to support a critical regulatory artwork project. The goal is to ensure product packaging across a large portfolio is compliant with new EU regulations before year-end. This is a highly operational and time-sensitive project requiring strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly cross-functional meetings with internal departments (e.g. supply chain, R&D, marketing ops).
- Track timelines and deliverables for over 100 product artworks.
- Coordinate updates to packaging to meet regulatory compliance.
- Monitor risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Maintain structured, accurate project documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project or stakeholder management (within marketing or FMCG is a plus).
- Strong coordination skills and ability to keep multiple workstreams on track.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and structured communicator.
- Prior experience at a large FMCG company is preferred.
- No specific design or artwork software knowledge required.
- Dutch language is a plus but not mandatory.
