As Business Analyst Supply Chain Product, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders and agile development teams to improve processes, manage integrations, and deliver impactful solutions across our supply chain landscape.
What you will do:
- Requirements & Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes to highlight gaps and opportunities.
- Task & Delivery Coordination: Translate requirements into user stories and tasks in JIRA. Coordinate project activities, manage dependencies, and keep documentation up to date.
- Integration Build & Technical Alignment: Work closely with developers on integration build and system connectivity across supply chain and product systems. Support design discussions, clarify dependencies, and ensure integration tasks align with business objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as the point of contact between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication. Facilitate refinement sessions, feedback loops, and stakeholder updates to keep everyone aligned.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Partner with QA and business users to validate solutions and integrations. Document findings, prioritize fixes, and ensure solutions deliver value.
Who you are:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in retail, fashion planning, product development, or supply chain (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills—able to structure unstructured information, model processes, and produce clear documentation.
- Hands-on experience supporting integration build while also managing business processes and requirements.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum, with a conceptual understanding of software architecture and integrations
- Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex business and technical concepts for any audience.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
