Role
As a Pedagogical Employee in Childcare, you will support children in their daily care, learning and development. Together with colleagues and parents, you will provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can grow and thrive.
Program and Impact
Equals provides a free, intensive Dutch language program of 3 months, specially designed for childcare professionals. Before the program starts, you will already have conversations with your future employer, so you know exactly where you will begin working. After successfully completing the training, you start directly in your childcare role.
This approach ensures that language is no longer an obstacle, but a stepping stone to a meaningful career in childcare.
Candidate Profile
- Completed diploma that qualifies you for childcare (VET level 3 or 4, or higher), international diploma's are welcome as well.
- Strong motivation to build a career in the Dutch childcare sector
- Commitment to complete an intensive 3-month Dutch language program
- Enthusiasm to work with children and contribute to their growth and wellbeing
