In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handles tasks of divisional products, independently
- Responsible for incoming sales orders delivered on time and according to specification
- Provides full administration of the contracts, so other departments can build on this
- Is capable of handling special assignments such as credit notes
- Maintain functional contacts with supervisors, managers and other internal departments, with internal suppliers and customers
- Build and maintain relationships with international back offices
- Regularly updates in sales administration tools
- Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance

For This Role, You Will Need:
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Customer Administration
- Administration degree (MBO-4 level) or equivalent level in related field
- Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel)
- Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
- Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch and English
