JOB DESCRIPTION
The URUS Group is growing its global Marketing team in the EMEA region! We are adding a Digital Campaigns Lead who will drive the planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple countries, tailoring global assets for regional impact and developing original digital initiatives to meet local needs. This role manages the major digital campaign platform for awareness, lead generation, and customer retention, and collaborates with commercial and digital teams for seamless execution.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to plan, coordinate, and execute brand campaigns, adapting assets to market-specific needs.
Lead planning and execution of digital campaigns in EMEA for all customer lifecycle stages.
Customize global digital campaigns to fit regional languages, platforms, and customer behaviors.
Plan and launch regionally initiated campaigns tailored to local product launches, events, and opportunities.
Manage campaign targeting, segmentation, and deployment.
Collaborate with CRM and data teams to ensure clean audience targeting and trackable results.
Analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize future campaign planning.
Partner with local marketing, sales, and digital team members to ensure messaging, cadence, and follow-up alignment.
Act as the digital liaison between EMEA and the URUS Center of Excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital campaign management, ideally in B2B or agriculture-related industries.
Expertise with marketing automation tools, especially MarketingHub and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong data analysis skills to support ROI-focused marketing.
Experience customizing global digital strategies for regional impact.
