What is the o9 Executive Council?
The o9 Executive Council is a business advisory board that combines the expertise and experience of operational leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises. A think-tank comprised of an elite group of cross-industry senior executives, it aims to deliver expert insights drawn from professional experience and create new standards on the future of digital transformation. o9’s Executive Council team is the glue that holds the Executive Council together with the wider Sales & Marketing organization, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver maximum value.
What you’ll do for us
- Ensure a great experience for and build active relationships with all Executive Council members (onboarding, attending regular calls, executing follow-up actions).
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities to leverage the Executive Council to generate pipeline and to advance existing sales cycles.
- Collaborate with the Events team to identify opportunities to leverage the Executive Council at internal and external events.
- Support in organizing roundtables, webinars, and thought leadership pieces (blogs, whitepapers, videos).
- Maintain an overview of Executive Council members and drive pipeline to ensure coverage across industries and geographies.
- Maintain the internal KPIs and dashboards to keep track of the initiatives and evaluate effectiveness.
- Keep up to date all materials/content related to the Executive Council and socialise them to ensure internal awareness and utilization.
- Lead and execute current strategies and run new initiatives to maximize the potential of the Executive Council.
- Recommend and implement process and documentation improvements, including improving tools and infrastructure.
What you’ll have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 4-6 years of experience in project/program management. Additional business development or sales experience is a bonus.
- Good understanding of supply chains, process transformation, and end to end planning & forecasting
- Communication, networking relationship building, organizational, and partnering skills.
- Have a helicopter view and ability to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time.
- A highly effective super-connector: you prefer quality of relationships over quantity, you are always seeking new valuable connections, you can effectively asserting influence, you’ve adopted a long-term mentality and are focused on how you can help others to win trust and respect
- You understand how to execute and facilitate a successful event
- Proficient use of G Suite/MS Office package, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, Asana and virtual whiteboards like Mural or Miro
- Entrepreneurial spirit – identify new partnership angles, not afraid of going extra miles to achieve your goals.
