Your Role
As Finance & Office Manager, you will support and enhance the efficiency of our finance operations across our entities in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany and Ireland. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and contribute to smooth office management. This is a full-time position based in our Maastricht office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Finance with daily financial operations, with a focus on our entities in Germany and the Netherlands.
- Manage invoice processing using BOB-software and other accounting platforms
- Process bank transactions and prepare financial documentation
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Administer company insurance plans and provide general administrative support
- Organize office operations and ensure smooth procedures
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards
- Contribute to the optimization of financial processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial role
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch or German is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset
