THE ROLE Are you passionate about driving transformation in a dynamic, high-growth international retail environment? We are looking for a Finance Systems and transformation specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our evolving financial systems landscape, with a focus on OneStream. The role focuses on enabling scalable, future-proof processes and technology solutions across Finance, Reporting, and Planning. The candidate will work cross- functionally to further develop processes and create efficiencies to improve overall functionality and will be leading these projects consisting of designing, implementing and testing with a focus on OneStream. The role collaborates closely with all stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, usability, and scalability in line with business needs. It includes managing system configurations, integrations, reporting, and analytics in support of financial consolidation, reporting, and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a key driver of finance systems transformation, leveraging OneStream and other tools to optimize financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes;
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into scalable system and process solutions leveraging OneStream;
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for all OneStream functionalities;
- Lead or support OneStream related projects, including enhancements, integrations, and upgrades;
- Further rollout of OneStream modules within the organization in order to automate manual reporting processes and improve cycle times;
- Document all changes, developments and support procedures;
- Provide training and business support to users across finance and other departments.
- Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and analytics as needs arise, which could include data visualizations and structured packs to support business decision-making;
- Provide analytical support by surfacing trends, variances and key metrics through system outputs
- Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements;
- Provide support for ad hoc requests, like audits, tax returns, budgets and forecasts, financial reporting.
THE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or advisory services, preferably in OneStream software
- Expertise in OneStream software, including design, development, and implementation of solutions – or another leading EPM/CPM software
- Experience with OneStream extensibility rules, cube views, dashboards, workflows and XF MarketPlace Solutions;
- Familiarity with SQL, VB.NET, or other scripting languages used within OneStream;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical solutions to complex business problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English;
