Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Global Vendor Management Specialist to join our Procurement team. You will focus on building and managing strong partnerships with suppliers worldwide, ensuring that Workwize delivers best-in-class pricing, reliability, and service to our clients. Your ability to balance supplier collaboration with data-driven decision-making will be critical to our success in scaling globally.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management

Establish and strengthen partnerships with global IT suppliers to enhance competitiveness and service delivery.

Lead negotiations on pricing, service SLAs, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes.

Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance, ensuring alignment with Workwize’s standards.
Global Strategy & Pricing

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design vendor strategies that drive profitability and customer value.

Monitor global trade conditions, currency fluctuations, and market shifts to inform vendor agreements.
Data Analysis & Insights

Perform margin analysis, cost forecasting, and profitability assessments across vendor networks.

Leverage visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present vendor performance insights.

Track and report key vendor KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2–3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or global trade.

Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse cultures.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).

Knowledge of international trade regulations and currency impacts is a plus.
