You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your Role
Leadership
- Develop and implement a sales growth strategy aligned with Levitate’s vision and roadmap.
- Build and lead a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
- Act as the key liaison between the Levitate team and the broader Fugro organization, aligning sales initiatives with business lines and regional goals.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Coach and equip the sales team to succeed, with a strong focus on discovery, consultative selling, and client-centric delivery.
- Establish sales processes and systems to support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities for monetizing geodata products and services.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead the sales execution of the go-to-market approach in close collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales performance and ensure timely product delivery.
- Support regional business lines with presentations, demos, and commercial proposals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Strategic Business Development & Marketing, Business Directors to align efforts and drive sales impact.
- Facilitate internal alignment across departments and regions, addressing dependencies and unlocking sales synergies and opportunities.
- Ensure continuous feedback loops from clients and internal stakeholders to inform the product team and drive commercial decisions.
Your track record
- You have 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within data or technology-driven environments.
- You have a proven ability to lead through complexity, with a track record of delivering revenue results in fast-paced, international settings.
- You are customer-driven, data-savvy, and an inspiring leader who thrives on building sales processes from the foundation up.
- Experience in business development, strategic account management, and selling data-driven solutions.
Bonus points
Understanding of Business AI value chains, GDPR, and data governance.
Startup or scale-up experience within a corporate environment is a strong plus.
What We Offer
Initially, your compensation will be entirely performance-based. We believe in your ability to get results, and your income will be directly tied to closing our first few key customer deals. This allows you to earn a significant income based on your immediate success.
Once those deals are closed and revenue begins to come in, you will transition to a full-time, salaried role.
