Your Role
As a Junior Purchaser / Buyer, you’ll help ensure that our branded merchandise projects are executed flawlessly. You’ll take responsibility for translating sales into purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll do:
Order Management: Turn sales orders into production orders by gathering all necessary details from the team.
Customization Oversight: Place product orders with suppliers, ensuring all specs (color, quantity, branding techniques, sizing) are accurate.
Quality Control: Perform final checks on artwork and product specifications to ensure everything matches the sales order.
Timeline Management: Track progress, solve issues, and keep account managers and logistics informed.
Proactive Problem Solving: Handle missing information, product delays, and last-minute changes with speed and creativity.
