Job Overview:
As a Parts Specialist at Dingli, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by managing parts inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely parts delivery. You will be responsible for verifying incoming parts, organizing the warehouse, and coordinating dispatches while assisting in inventory control and reporting on parts availability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Parts Management: Shelving, picking, packing, identifying parts, and inventory control.
- Storage & Sorting: Organizing parts according to the HQ-issued parts list.
- Supply Coordination: Ensuring timely parts availability through ordering, receivables, and dispatch.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Monitoring part movements and addressing inconsistencies.
- Quality Audits: Conducting regular inspections to assess part conditions.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Following and improving warehouse protocols to maintain operational efficiency and ensure continuous improvement.
- Workplace Standards: Maintaining a safe, clean environment and completing leader-assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Parts Specialist in machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of parts management and inventory control.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
