As a Performance Marketing Epert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this capability growth in close collaboration with our local markets.
The team
In this new role you will join the Media, Analytics & Insights team (which is core function under the Global Brand & Marketing umbrella) and report into the Epert Lead Media, Analytics & Insights. The team currently consists of 1 epert lead and 2 research eperts.
Roles and responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop global performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEA/SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and Programmatic) that align local contet, best practice & takes into consideration the overall media mi
- Develop and roll out global data strategy, focusing on 1PD opportunity for paid performance marketing
- Collaborate closely with local market teams to ensure development and alignment with global performance marketing goals and targets
- Identify and drive testing of new channels e.g. AI and innovative approaches to epand digital reach and improve efficiency for all markets
Campaign Management
- Oversee and report on global media budget allocation and pacing across markets & ensuring maimum effectiveness
- Manage & strengthen global relationships with eternal agencies (as applicable), ad platforms, and technology partners to gain benefits globally and in local markets
Data Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze market performance data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions at global and local level
- Ensure marketing effectiveness analysis is closely connected to relevant business/commercial outcomes
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power Bi, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar to create transparency and track global KPIs/targets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and foster eperimentation culture amongst all markets including driving A/B testing, continuously optimizing creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with local digital sales, branding, and marketing teams to ensure seamless eecution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Martech & Analytics epert to develop and manage centralized dashboard and senior management marketing effectiveness reports that capture group wide performance
- Transform comple martech & performance marketing ecosystem into clear and definitive language for senior business leaders
- Provide regular global performance reports and actionable insights connected to business/commercial outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
- Connect global performance marketing community to foster growth, improvement in skills and continued development

We are looking for a team member with the following knowledge and eperience:
- Eperience with stakeholder management and comple multi-national organizational structures
- Eperience with digital media planning & buying, either at advertiser or agency environment
- Proven epertise in managing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels
- Eperience connecting marketing performance and business/commercial variables
- Eperience with key performance marketing tools/tech e.g. Google Marketing Platform (search, DSP, adserver), Meta Business Manager, Tiktok Ads
- Eperience with data orientated marketing technology e.g Adobe Real-Time CDP and digital attribution models
- Eperience with site analytics and reporting tools e.g Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI & Cognos
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven eperience of structuring and solving comple business problems using data and technology
- Ecellent understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital marketing
You as a person
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or other relevant degree
- Minimum 7+ years professional eperience in digital performance marketing, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
- Strong communication and marketing knowledge
- Team player with ecellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Fleible, likes to eplore, can handle changes, and not yet set project boundaries
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with business tools e.g. PPT, Ecel, Outlook
- Data driven attitude: true data curiosity and the ability to derive new insights
- Strong multitasking, accuracy and prioritizing skills in fast paced environment
- Shows initiative, is pro-active and self-starting, and is a resourceful problem-solver
- Ecellent level in English spoken and written
- Creative approach to problem solving; always looking for improvements
- Willing to travel to ING markets, and to support projects locally if required
