This position is responsible for conducting strategic financial, product, market, or operational research.We are looking for a Pricing and Business Analyst in our Commercial Success Team. Role Overview:
As a Pricing and Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving price uplift and optimization. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, strategic account managers, and contracting teams to deliver optimal price outputs. Your insights and analysis will support decision-making and enhance the impact of strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse pricing data, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to support strategic pricing decisions across EMEA.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, master price lists (MPL), and volume-based pricing strategies.
- Working closely with sales leaders, strategic account managers, and contracting teams
- Analysing the impact of strategic decisions
- Driving price uplift and optimization across key markets.
- Building tools that support data-driven decisions.
- Rolling out new pricing systems and tools — from implementation to adoption.
- Designing new processes.
- Collaborating with a global network of colleagues — your contact list will span continents and cultures.
Summary of Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle, Vendavo, DOMO, or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions and functions.
- Knowledge of AI and programming languages (python, R, SQL) is a plus
