Role
The Development Materials (DM) team within CMC Science & Technologies plays a crucial role in Genmab’s mission to develop innovative antibody therapies for cancer patients. The team conducts purification, Quality Control (QC) analyses, release, and storage of protein batches after data review as well as logistics functions, supplying high-quality critical materials that enable research and development across the company.
Research Associate in the Release & Logistics sub-team
, you will:Manage the CMC inventory and ensure timely distribution of materials.
Oversee the quality and release of batches according to predefined specifications.
Document Quality Control (QC) results in Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).

Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on requests and updates.
Report and document the quality of critical batches in CoAs.
Release batches into the CMC inventory and ensure correct and timely issuance.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Support and optimize logistics operations for smooth, efficient delivery of materials.
Resolve logistics and quality issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
HLO (Bachelor’s) degree or equivalent; relevant industry (internship) experience is an advantage.
Experience working in a laboratory according to established procedures.
Strong motivation to deliver high-quality work within a quality system.
Ability to manage multiple requests with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Background in QC, logistics, or supply chain management (and proficiency with logistics software) is a strong plus.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills in English.
Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
