As the Sales and Marketing Director at QuantWare, your mission is to cultivate a high-performance culture where our talented colleagues can excel in Marketing and revenue generation. Your initiatives deliver measurable impact in support of our ambitious goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our commercial activities. You’ll lead the business developer, sales team and marketing manager, ensuring smooth operations, clear coordination, and strong performance across the entire commercial funnel. While the VP Business Development sets the strategic direction, you’ll be the driving force behind sales and marketing execution, translating plans into action and delivering results.

You will:

  • Lead and manage the business developer, sales team, and marketing manager in their daily activities.

  • Generate commercial plans, campaigns, and lead-generation efforts with the team and ensure their seamless execution.

  • Monitor team performance, coach team members, and provide hands-on support where needed.

  • Track progress against targets and KPIs, and proactively remove operational roadblocks. Own company-level commercial reporting.

  • Collaborate with the VP Business Development to align activities with strategic goals.

  • Oversee the use and optimisation of tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., product, customer success, operations) to ensure alignment and efficient handovers.

  • Maintain a strong focus on process improvement, team coordination, and consistent delivery.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys managing teams, and knows how to make things happen in a B2B environment.

Your Profile:

You don’t need to tick every box, but if most of these apply, we’d love to hear from you:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary commercial teams (sales, marketing, and/or BD).

  • Experience in executing go-to-market plans, lead generation campaigns, and account-based sales processes.

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, execution-oriented role, with strong operational and organizational skills.

  • Skilled in using CRM and marketing automation tools to drive performance, track KPIs, and optimize workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into actionable activities and coordinate across functions.

  • Strong coaching and people management skills — able to lead by example and develop team members.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage B2B environment (e.g., scale-up, mid-sized company) is a strong plus.

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, depending on your market).
