Job Description
With the rapid expansion of our Wholesale business, we are looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to elevate our commercial performance through data ownership, sharp analytics, and strategic partnership. In this role, you will be the expert and owner of all dashboards, reports, and data tools that support our key campaigns and programs across department stores, perfumeries, and online retailers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
This is more than just a reporting role. You will be expected to challenge the numbers, uncover growth opportunities or root causes for performance decline, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Category, and Sales teams to translate insights into concrete actions. You will serve as a trusted advisor across the Wholesale organization, turning complex data into clear direction.
In this role, you will shine by:
- Being the data expert and owner of Wholesale dashboards, leading the strategy, build, and maintenance of scalable reporting tools.
- Proactively analyzing business performance across markets, categories, and channels to uncover growth opportunities and flag risks.
- Connecting the dots between data and business drivers—using commercial insights to challenge the status quo and fuel decision-making.
- Translating large data sets into clear stories that drive action, tailored to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Partnering with Marketing and Category teams to measure and improve campaign effectiveness (e.g., e-retail media, activations, seasonal launches).
- Leveraging tools such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, SQL, and BigQuery to build robust dashboards and deep-dive analyses.
- Leading and optimizing reporting processes to ensure transparency, automation, and business impact.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply teams to align on forecasting, targets, and performance planning.
Qualifications
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in a commercial or marketing-driven organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp commercial mindset: able to distinguish noise from signal and translate numbers into business stories.
- Experience owning and developing end-to-end dashboard solutions using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data tools (SQL, BigQuery, GA4, etc.).
- Experience working with category-level data (e.g., Nielsen, GfK, or partner portals) and connecting it to internal performance metrics is a pré
- Strong stakeholder management: able to align, influence, and communicate insights clearly across business functions.
- A hands-on, proactive mentality: you don’t just report problems, you help solve them.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

Together with 4 other colleagues you are part of our young and ambitious Online Trade Marketing Team, which is part of the bigger omnichannel Trade Marketing Team, at our Central Head office in Amsterdam.
