IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR
As a Senior HR Support Specialist at Envalior, you will deliver second-line HR support for the Netherlands organization, resolving complex HR queries and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR data across systems. Acting as a key partner during our HR service transformation, you will help drive smooth transitions and maintain operational continuity. Additionally, you will contribute to payroll harmonization initiatives across European countries.
Your Key Contributions:
- Resolve complex Tier 2 HR support tickets and queries related to the employee lifecycle, working across systems including Cobra, SuccessFactors, ProTime, Pointlogic, and Concur.
- Provide day-to-day operational coordination of HR support teams within a matrix management environment.
- Maintain and update HR data across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with local legislation and audit requirements.
- Support ongoing process improvement and documentation efforts, with a focus on standardizing and harmonizing HR operations.
- Collaborate on the implementation and optimization of support delivered by colleagues in India.
- Provide communication support for HR initiatives and organizational changes.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrates cultural awareness and adaptability in a dynamic, international environment
- Proven leadership skills and experience coordinating teams within a matrix management structure
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant regulations
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information
