We’re looking for a forward-thinking Team Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) who’s ready to take charge of our P2P team and transform the way we run financial operations at The Social Hub. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the shift to a smarter, more automated, AI-driven end-to-end P2P process — ensuring we’re not just keeping up, but leading the way.
This is not a “business-as-usual” finance role. We’re looking for a change agent who can inspire a team, streamline workflows, and embed innovation into daily operations. What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of P2P specialists, building a high-performance culture.
- Set clear team goals aligned with the wider Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) and company strategy.
- Act as a mentor, growing team capabilities in automation, AI, and process optimization.
- Build strong relationships with procurement, operations, and finance teams across TSH.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in, smooth execution, and team engagement during the move.
- Champion the transition from traditional accounts payable to automated, AI-enabled processes.
- Spot opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and better service delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in financial operations.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or similar finance leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills: you inspire, coach, and create a high-performance team culture.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in leading large-scale transformations.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of automation and AI tools in finance.
- Skilled communicator who can bring stakeholders along on the journey and keep teams engaged through change.
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Analytical and results-driven, but equally people-oriented and approachable.
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in hospitality, shared services, or another dynamic, international industry.
- Exposure to large-scale ERP systems and finance transformation projects.
