No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role so exciting. Your main mission is to find the right talent for all open vacancies. You do this by:
Actively searching for candidates through various channels.
Making the perfect match and guiding candidates with enthusiastic tours.
Taking charge of the personnel planning.
We know the labor market is tight, and that's precisely why your role is so valuable. You are the one who finds talent and helps them secure a suitable job.
Of course, you'll also frequently be on-site with the client. There, you'll have good conversations with your temporary workers to hear how they are doing. Together with the team leaders, you will evaluate progress and see how the collaboration can be improved. You are more than a supplier; you are seen as a reliable HR partner. Managers and team leaders will gladly come to you for advice on HR policy or just to brainstorm. With your insights, you help them move forward and build a rock-solid partnership together.

A good gross monthly income between €2,700.00 and €3,200.00, tailored to your work experience.
A personal benefit budget of 12.347% (consisting of 8.5% holiday allowance and 3.847% employer contribution). You can spend this freely on, for example, extra vacation days or a bicycle plan.
A budget of €750 net for setting up a comfortable and ergonomically sound home office.

Your home base is our cozy branch in the heart of Tilburg (and don't worry, a parking spot will be arranged for you!). In addition, you'll often be at the client's location, where the action is.
You will become part of a close-knit team with two direct colleagues who have been with Randstad for a while. They are eager to welcome you, show you the ropes, and celebrate successes with you. The great thing about this position is the freedom you get. We encourage you to be proactive and come up with your own ideas. Together, you'll give it your own spin!

You have a higher vocational education (hbo) level of working and thinking. You are also very welcome with a secondary vocational education (mbo-4) diploma and a few years of work experience.
You have a passion for the logistics sector or are curious to get to know it.
You switch easily between Dutch and English, as you will be talking to talent from all over the world.
You are confident and stand your ground. We understand that the dynamics can sometimes be challenging, but you know how to keep a conversation positive and constructive. You have spirit and are a pleasant, clear discussion partner for everyone.
You are driven to achieve the best result for everyone and switch smoothly between different levels.
You are social, engaged, and a communicative team player who knows how to get things done.
You are looking to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Op gesprek
De talent acquisition specialist gaat verder met jou in gesprek over de functie, het team en ons bedrijf. Daarnaast zijn wij benieuwd naar wie jij bent en naar wat jouw talenten zijn. Dit gesprek kan zowel op kantoor als online plaatsvinden.
Op tweede gesprek
Het tweede gesprek is in ieder geval met jouw toekomstige manager. Zo krijg je nog meer beeld en gevoel bij jouw werkplek. Vaak zit hier nog een tweede persoon bij en die persoon is afhankelijk van de vacature en afdeling. Soms is dit met een andere manager, een collega uit het team of een andere talent acquisition specialist. We zijn al overtuigd van jouw talenten, maar we willen samen echt kijken welke plek het beste bij jou past!
