We’re looking for a Junior Accountant with an international mindset and hands-on approach to join our Amsterdam-based Accounting team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in a fast-scaling, multi-entity, global organization. You’ll take ownership of a broad range of collaborative tasks with teams across borders and help drive automation and standardization initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Playing a key role in modernizing and automating our AP processes using cutting-edge tools.
• Support end-to-end finance operations – from AP and AR to processing payments and bank reconciliations and investment accounting.
• Be a customer champion, acting as the go-to contact for Dutch customers on invoice-related matters and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate on tax and compliance, assisting with Dutch and German VAT returns and supporting audits and fixed asset reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements by spotting inefficiencies and helping implement smarter, faster, tech-enabled workflows.
• Join exciting projects, contributing to the implementation of new accounting tools and helping us bring automation to the next level.

We’d be happy to have you on our team if you have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of accounting experience, with AP experience being a big plus.
• A passion for digital tools, automation, and transforming the way finance works.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and data tools (e.g. BI tools and Tableau).
• A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch language skills being a plus.
• A hands-on, flexible attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Analytical thinking and organizational strength.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or system implementation.
• The ability to work well with others and independently.
