Assistant Manager – Coastal Beach Club Destination

Do you have experience managing busy beach venues, terraces, or large events?
We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a well-known beach club on the Dutch coast. The season is in full swing, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a three-person management team, focusing on Front of House operations. During the summer, you’ll help lead a large team across the restaurant, beach terrace, and event spaces. You’ll keep teams organised, service smooth, and guests happy.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily FOH operations
- Support recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Maintain clear service standards and SOPs
- Work closely with kitchen and events teams
- Stay present on the floor and lead by example
- Help adapt operations for seasonal demands
About You
- Based in or near Noordwijk
- Fluent in Dutch (essential)
- Experience in busy terraces, beach clubs, or event venues
- Strong team management and communication skills
- Positive, hands-on, and calm under pressure
