Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, part-time BSO & HR Associate to join our team as a replacement for our current employee going on maternity leave. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate interested in exploring a career in HR, even if you are a recent graduate or have limited experience in HR but possess relevant BSO experience. The role is initially for maternity cover, with the possibility of extending the contract based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contracts: Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting evaluations and implementing improvement plans.
- Engagement: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and contribute to initiatives aimed at boosting morale and retention.
- Training & Development: Organize and coordinate professional development programs for staff.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to legal and organizational requirements.
- Policies & Reporting: Maintain HR policies, records, and generate reports on key HR metrics.
- Performing BSO activities and a passion towards Sports.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience or familiarity with BSO activities is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in exploring a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Availability to work mainly at the European School in The Hague, with flexibility to work at other Amforça locations as needed.
