Robeco's HR Service Desk serves as the primary point of contact for managers and employees across various international locations, providing assistance with HR-related inquiries and requests based on information available in MyWorkday. Additionally, the HR Service Desk is responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable HR data in the HR system, as well as ensuring efficient implementation and execution of operational international HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, offboarding, global mobility, performance management cycle, and various employee-related changes.
Position & Requirements
Join Robeco's HR Service Desk team as an intern and assist managers and employees worldwide with HR-related inquiries. You'll ensure accurate HR data in the system, contribute to international HR processes, and gain valuable hands-on experience. Collaborate with a diverse team, develop essential skills, and make a meaningful impact.
Requirements:
Studying Human Resources or related field
Sociable and a team player
Adaptable and eager to learn
Must be available to work at least 4 days a week
Proficient in English
Eligible to work in The Netherlands
