We are seeking a Front Desk Associate with a professional presence, polished demeanor, and a passion for elevated guest experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who values quality over quantity and thrives in an upscale hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with prompt, courteous service
Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and special guest arrangements
Collaborate with concierge, housekeeping, and valet teams to ensure a seamless experience
Handle phone calls and guest communications in line with hotel standards
Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and lobby area
What We’re Looking For:
Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor in line with luxury hospitality standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
Comfortable with hotel property management systems and basic office software
Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership over guest satisfaction
