Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound methods.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, or virtual conferences (as needed).
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a hunter-style role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience with AML, KYC and/or financial regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with outbound sales and cold prospecting.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and manage time effectively.
