Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes from the à la carte menu
- Maintain consistency and high standards in food preparation
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop new menu items and specials
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic and ready to join a dynamic team
