Role Description
We are looking for a chef de partie who would like to have creative impact, work with a small team and grow with us in a dynamic environment. As a brunch restaurant, we offer great work life balance and working hours (8:00-16:00).
This is a full-time Chef De Partie role at Lova. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks in our kitchen. This includes preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure efficient and smooth operations in the kitchen. This is an on-site role located in Amsterdam.
Qualifications
- Experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef De Partie or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Reside in Amsterdam or nearby
