What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team of 8
- Design and execute a refined, seasonal Asian fusion menu
- Maintain exceptional standards in quality, consistency, and presentation
- Collaborate with the owners and culinary director on concept development
- Oversee sourcing of premium ingredients and manage kitchen operations
- Play a key role in the restaurant’s opening and long-term success
Who You Are:
- A talented and experienced Executive Chef or ambitious Head Chef ready for the next step
- Deeply passionate about Asian fusion cuisine and fine dining excellence
- A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Driven to grow within a respected and expanding hospitality group
- Organized, creative, and committed to culinary innovation
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
