About this vacancy
- Play a key role in advancing technology by ensuring innovations meet user needs, are safe and effective, and comply with regulatory standards. This contributes to improved outcomes and better decision-making processes.
- Define and implement validation strategies, including algorithm and claim validation, while coordinating resources and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Stay current with technological innovations and trends, ensuring that studies and projects align with the latest evidence and requirements.
- Collaborate with skilled professionals across various domains, working closely with stakeholders from different departments such as Science, Marketing, Service, and Innovation.
What we expect from you
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant field, with substantial experience in the industry.
- Experience in the validation of AI-based products.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and study design according to best practices.
- Proven experience in validating user needs for complex devices, including developing validation plans, protocols, records, and reports.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
- Knowledge of design controls and international standards and regulations.
- Proactive attitude, quality-conscious, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration within a team.
