We are experts in digital customer service and community management. From clever TikTok replies that engage Gen Z, to building diehard Facebook communities for fans aged 40+, or solving urgent customer inquiries across social channels – we dive deep into each client’s tone of voice and speak the language of their audience.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll actively engage in conversations and help build vibrant communities across social media platforms. You'll respond to customer questions and resolve complaints with speed and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every user.
Creativity is key, as you'll be crafting the most engaging and on-brand replies for our clients. All of this takes place within a dynamic team environment where no two days are ever the same.

Who are you?
- Fluent in French & English
- Passionate about social media and always up to date with the latest trends.
- Strong communication skills and a keen sense for tone of voice.
- Willing to work in shifts and take responsibility.
