Introduction to the job
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Cost of Goods Project Leader to support our SS&P Clusters and Business Line in achieving the Product Cost roadmaps. You will be part of the SS&P Cost of Goods team which is part of the Supplier Collaboration & Quality department. Our team vision is to be the trusted Business Partner in control of cost of goods enabling long term profitability of ASML.
Role and responsibilities
As project lead at SS&P CoG team, it is your role to lead projects related to cost of good in collaboration with the sourcing clusters, finance department and product development departments. You will also support the SS&P PLM Project Leaders and Managers on their product scope, the Cluster CoG Manager and various Cluster and BL senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the SS&P Cost of Goods Project Leader include:
Drives CoG cost down opportunities (commercial and design to cost) throughout the organization;
Evaluates opportunities with cost savings potential;
Provides transparent and accurate insights on CoG status and roadmaps;
Provides support for multiyear financial planning;
Interfaces with multiple stakeholders mainly with Development and Engineering, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement and Finance to collect business insights;
Identifies and drives cost management process and tooling improvements.
Education and experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical and Commercial or relevant adjacent areas;
At least 5 years project management experience

You will be working in the SS&P CoG team. As a team you are responsible for providing clear insights on product supply chain investments, Cost of Goods.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
