Customer Success Manager Amsterdam
For a fast growing SaaS player in the hospitality/retail sector, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on customer contact, onboarding, and building long-term relationships. You will join a dynamic, international team and work closely with support, product, and operations teams to make customers truly successful.
What will you do?
- Guide customers during onboarding and ensure adoption of our platform
- Build strong relationships and maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and drive improvements
- Identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions for customers
What do you bring?
- Fluent in German & English
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management
- Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Bonus: experience in hospitality, retail, or POS/booking systems
